As in years past, suggested attire for the GITC is business casual in the business sessions and resort casual (no jackets required) for the evening events. If you have dining reservations at Sea Island, please be sure to check their individual dining attire policies as some are more formal than others.

Valet and Self Parking will be complimentary for all GITC attendees. Gratuity is at the discretion of the guest.

Airport transportation is not provided, although Sea Island does provide transportation from the Jacksonville, Savannah, Brunswick and Saint Simons Airports to the Resort. Rooms at Sea Island may be reserved by calling our GITC reservation line at (888) 364-2418. By calling this unique number, our reservation agents will be able to identify you as part of the Georgia International Trade Conference (GITC). Available rooms and suites from our contracted block will be booked on a first-come-first-serve basis. New this year, a full deposit will be required for each reservation. Your reservation can be amended or cancelled without penalty up until Wednesday, March 26, 2025. Cancellations after this date will result in forfeiture of your deposit.

Yes! Golf is offered as part of the GITC on Monday afternoon on the Sea Island Seaside Course. If you would like to golf on Monday, please sign up on your registration form. Monday golf is Captains Choice. With the GITC concluding on Tuesday this year after lunch, golf on Tuesday will be at your leisure. A small block of tee times (1:00pm - 1:50pm off of #1 and #10) has been reserved on the Sea Island Plantation Course. Should you wish to golf on Tuesday, please email Jordan Conant at jordanconant@seaisland.com to request a tee time. Please include "GITC / April 23, 2024" in the Subject line of your email and be sure to CC the other players (if any) you'd like included in your foursome. Tuesday golf is $290.00 + 6% tax + 2.25% Sea Island Infrastructure Fee (SIIF) per round. This rate includes your green fees, cart fees, range balls, forecaddie fees and forecaddie gratuities. Payment will be collected at the Sea Island Golf Course on day of play. All Tuesday golf must be reserved by April 1, 2025.

Yes! The GITC is offering on-property Sea Island activities this year in conjunction with the Conference. Please click the Activities tab at the top of the website to learn more about these optional offered activities. If you or your guest would like to participate one of these activities on Monday, there will be an option to sign up on your registration form. Payment for activities will be collected when you check-in with the GITC on Sunday, April 27, 2025. Activities are non-refundable.
